How it works
Materyal is an exchange for leftover building materials from construction and renovation. Building materials only.
For buyers
- Find the material by search or in a category.
- Compare prices: every listing shows what the same product costs in stores.
- Call the seller or message them on WhatsApp. No sign-up needed.
The rule: cheaper than stores
We check every price against the average price of large stores, which our bot updates daily. If a price is too close to the store price, the listing won’t go live, and the seller sees a hint right away.
If a similar product isn’t in our price list, a moderator checks the price within 24 hours.
Photos
At least 2 photos. We’ll ask to retake a dark, blurry or tiny photo.
Stores
A store listing goes live only if its price is the lowest on the exchange. If the store raises the price, the listing is blocked automatically.
For sellers
Sign in, take photos of the leftovers, set the price and area. Four simple steps. Listing is free.
